Expertly Distilled

In fact, in honoring these traditions from growing through production, Aldez is among the most truly authentic tequila experiences in the world. Traditional tools are used to process and harvest our blue agaves by hand.  Each agave is then hand-prepared by our experts and cooked in our brick ovens for nearly three days before beginning the process of open vat fermentation.

Aldez Añejo is symbolic of the amazing achievements that await those who are willing to put in the time and effort to achieve true greatness.  Añejo spends about 18 months soaking in the complex flavors of reclaimed bourbon casks, and shows that for those who are willing to wait, amazing possibilities lie ahead.
